These Terms of Service govern your use of the ManjiTV v2.8.0 Android application and the site at https://manjitv.in/. By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms.

Acceptable use

Use ManjiTV only in compliance with applicable laws and for its intended purpose: an application/interface that integrates third-party providers and extensions to navigate media metadata and streams. You agree not to use the app to violate rights or laws in your jurisdiction.

Eligibility

ManjiTV is intended for users who can lawfully form a contract in their jurisdiction and who use an Android device meeting the minimum requirement (Android 7.0+). Parents/guardians are responsible for use by minors on their devices.

Account / profile use

ManjiTV does not require a traditional email/password account to browse. For Watch Together the app uses Firebase Authentication with anonymous authentication to create a temporary session identifier; you may set a display name for rooms. You are responsible for keeping your device and room codes secure.

Watch Together rooms

Watch Together uses Firebase Realtime Database and Firebase Authentication to let users create rooms, join rooms with a code, set display names, synchronize playback, chat, send reactions, manage members and use voice chat where enabled. Rooms are provided as-is; we do not claim they are completely private or anonymous — anyone with the room code can join and room data passes through Firebase infrastructure.

User responsibility for room activity

The creator and participants are responsible for activity that occurs in rooms they create or join, including display names, chat, reactions and voice. You agree not to use rooms to harass, impersonate, spam, or share unlawful content.

Third-party providers/extensions

ManjiTV includes pre-built and third-party provider/extension integrations. These providers are operated by third parties, not by ManjiTV. They may change, stop working or become unavailable at any time.

Third-party content

ManjiTV does not host, upload, store, own or control the third-party video/media content made available through integrated providers. We do not claim ownership or control over that content and do not guarantee its accuracy, legality, availability or quality. See Disclaimer and DMCA.

Intellectual property

ManjiTV’s own application code, design, logos and the site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party media and provider content remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the app beyond what the law permits.

Prohibited use

• Attempting to circumvent or disrupt provider or Firebase services
• Using rooms or chat to abuse, spam or violate rights
• Attempting to access rooms or data without a valid code
• Using the app to facilitate infringement — you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

Service availability

We do not guarantee continuous availability. Providers, Firebase services, or the app may be interrupted, updated or discontinued. We may modify features (including provider integrations and Watch Together) at any time.

Application updates

Updates may be delivered via the site (APK download) and controlled in part via Firebase Remote Config (see Privacy Policy). Installing updates may be required to continue use.

Security

You are responsible for device security, permission choices (microphone, biometric, notifications, storage) and safeguarding room codes. See Privacy Policy for permission purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManjiTV is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. The ManjiTV application itself does not host third-party content; we are not liable for third-party content, provider availability, or your use of such content.

Disclaimers

ManjiTV does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or legality of third-party sources and cannot guarantee continued operation of any provider. You assume responsibility for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The disclaimer does not override applicable law.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law or technical necessity. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.

Changes to service/terms

We may update these Terms and the service. We will post the updated date and, for material changes, provide notice on the site or in-app. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Governing law

No specific governing law or jurisdiction is claimed here because no legal entity address is published. If a governing law becomes applicable via an entity disclosure, it will be stated here without retroactively inventing details.
